Four things that make your appointment run smoothly and your results last longer.
- Come with clean lashes
- Arrive with no eye makeup, mascara, or oil-based products. Clean lashes mean a longer-lasting set and a smoother appointment.
- New to lashes? Book a consultation
- First-timers can start with a $30 consultation to map the right look. The fee is nonrefundable but credited toward your service.
- 24-hour cancellation policy
- Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours notice are charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
- New set vs. fill
- Booking a fill? Please have at least 40% of your extensions remaining. Below that, book a new full set so we can give you the best result. Fills run every 2–3 weeks.

How booking works
Which service should I book if this is my first visit?
New lash extension clients should select a full set — classic, hybrid, or volume. Returning clients book a fill. If you are not sure which service or style suits you, book the $30 consultation instead; the fee is credited toward whatever service you go on to book.
Do I get instant confirmation?
Yes. The calendar shows live availability and confirms your appointment immediately once you book. You will receive a confirmation by email or text.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
Please give at least 24 hours notice. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours notice are charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Can I book a lash and a brow service together?
Yes. Select both services when booking, or call and text us and we will build the appointment with enough time for both.
